The most recent valid creator link is remembered in the visitor’s browser for up to 90 days. Signing in connects that visit to their account. Ask them to use the same email here and on the hiring platform so a referral can be checked.
A candidate applies through a participating referral offer and meets that platform’s requirements. We check the platform’s candidate records and payment evidence. A click, signup or application alone does not earn a commission.
Once a referral fee has been received and matched to your referral, your share can be approved for payment under the offer’s terms. An unverified or unpaid referral fee cannot be paid out.
The proposed share is 50% of an eligible referral fee we actually receive, rather than a share of the candidate’s wages. For example, a $200 eligible referral fee would mean $100 for the creator.
Before any paid referral offer begins, we will publish its participating platforms, eligibility rules, verification requirements, payout timing and minimum payout. Signup alone does not create a right to payment.
Not every job or company-data opportunity has a referral reward. Only offers explicitly included in the paid program will qualify. Candidate identities stay private; cookie blocking, clearing browser data or changing devices before sign-in can prevent attribution.
